I see that in the 1A auditor Jeff (in the US) who stands in affluent neighborhood entrances on public sidewalks with a "God Bless the Homeless vets" sign and waves at people telling them to bless the homeless vets. He's exercising his 1st amendment right while baiting people to get cops on him to see how they handle the situation.
It's disgusting how many of these assholes stop and give him a hard time and treat him like garbage. "We don't want you here, go somewhere else. This is our neighborhood, I live here" blah blah blah.
