Edit: hey, if you're not averse to "supplements", I have found that 200mg L-theanine pills can help alter, alleviate, or shut off the effects for me. Like, if I take one with the drug it'll be a bit less effective but a lot less side-effecty, or if I have one at the end of the work day it helps me switch off faster
Oh, definitely snag some and try it out if you can. It's proteiny and versatile, good texture--i just haven't been able to get the flavor to play nicely enough yet on my few paltry attempts.

Have you tried chickpea flour as an egg substitute/breakfast burrito filling binder? I love breakfast burritos, and I want to hit a lazy "mix X with salsa and beans" filling. I've had some success with it, though I need to fuck with the flavor--it kind of stands out to me.
