I have definitely installed a handful of APKs over the years that did not work for me because they required Play Services, but that is far from being most of the APKs I've tried.
Depends on how "popular" of a subject it is. There are plenty of subjects on Wikipedia that are not popular enough to have ever been published about in print.
I am sure getting accurate data on the subject would be impossible, as Linux users are more likely to not consent to the type of telemetry that could track that.
The options that you see there are not dependent on your keyboard though. Change your keyboard to something else, and you still see the same options when long pressing a text field.
Any tricks on getting the fuzzy select tool to work? Even after adjusting the threshold, it is just garbage in my experience. Nothing close to Affinity/Photoshop. Unless I am selecting something that is in front of a very solid background, I just use a paint brush on a layer mask in order to "cut out" an object.
Remember when 20 was a huge accomplishment?
