    MOU Operations Ltd is a holding company directed by Beth Winter, Jamie Driscoll and Andrew Feinstein.

    After Zarah Sultana got the party off the ground with her unilateral declaration earlier in the year negotiations between the Sultana and Corbyn camp led to an agreement that PJP would hold the mailing list and MOU would hold the purse strings, forcing the two sides to work together.

    This change means that Corbyn has control over all the main organisational parts of the new Party.
