i think the religious element in my country makes it harder. like i'd be afraid that at any moment any trans friend i make will suddenly find god, out me, hurt me, and idk what. but I guess that has little to do with 4channers, and more just poorly adjusted people in general (pot, kettle...)

By the way, the 100,000 NK citizens number is just from an RFA article, which they keep publishing year after year. 2375 was instituted in 2017, and here is an RFA article from 2024 with the same exact number.

I feel like if CHAZ happened today hexbears would be unironically losing their minds whereas cth was at least somewhat skeptical (I could be misremembering and that it was actually genzedong). also the lib rehab and everyone is a lib except me jokes, and frequent struggle sessions kind of helped prune early hexbear, without which it has lost its focus
