Some ahole from my old cult claimed Spanish doesn't have sarcasm, but that can't be true. Every Spanish speaker I've ever met has been more sarcastic than an American teenager.
I'd played a few hours of dark souls 2 and 3 but never really clicked with the gameplay until Elden Ring. In fact, I spent several hours trying to kill tutorial Gundyr in 3. Came back recently and beat him about 30 seconds, lol.
Even in Elden Ring, I had to restart my playthrough to feel like I'd actually learned anything about the gameplay. I do that a lot with games. I'll get several hours in and drop it for months. Then I come back and start fresh, never getting to the end. But it actually helped with this series. It's amazing how big of a gulf there is between past me and now.
It certainly makes me realize how bullshit some games difficulty actually is. Went back to the Witcher 3 recently, and my God it's difficult to see attacks coming sometimes.
Yeah, but it feels weird for the pro science party to be doing this...
