No. Delisted from sale just means people can't buy new copies anymore. It happens to virtually every game that features licensed music and/or brands, once those licensing deals expire the game can no longer be sold. However, if you purchased the game before that happens, it's still in your library and you can still download and play it as normal. Usually delisting is also followed by shutting off the respective game servers soon after, but as far as I know online services for FH4 and FH3 are still up. Because I purchased those games when they were available I can still play them, and even when the servers go offline they have offline functionality that remains playable.
Couldn't you theoretically download an ISO for an older version of Win 11, install that offline without an account, then update it to the latest version?
There are some android based handhelds in the 200€ to 350€ range that can play a lot of emulated stuff as well as a solid number of PC indies/older titles through translation layers.
You can also grab a Retroid Pocket 5 and install Rocknix Linux on it if you want to avoid android, but it'll be more limited when it comes to playing PC games until the modding community figures out how to incorporate valve's arm translation layer.
Kagi optionally offers something called privacy pass where they can verify that the user is authorised to access it, but not which user it is: https://blog.kagi.com/kagi-privacy-pass
Based on previews it really looks like they solved wireless PC VR. I still have an ancient original HTC Vive that I use veeeeryyy rarely. I've been tempted to jump on the Big Screen Beyond 2, but I'm gonna wait to see how reviews for the Frame shake out
Blame the software for lack of support, not the format. Webp has been around for over a decade at this point and is only growing in significance, and it's an open source standard. No excuse for software to not support it.
RiF still lives on my phone, hoping one day I can use it again.
You can patch RIF to use your own API key, and with normal use you won't exceed Reddit's free tier API call limit. I used this guide to patch Relay for Reddit, but it has all the required info for RIF as well:
There is also a sequel coming! https://store.steampowered.com/app/2900640/TOEM_2/
