  • It’s not a real American highschool experience without one or two of the (often liberal arts) teachers getting got or being widely known as a pedo

  • Honestly he’s just one of the types that questions if we need to be wasting resources on a genocidal project, not if it’s actually wrong.

  • I should count myself lucky that she had “Germinal” by Emile Zola as a book we could read for extra credit. It was many years later that I realized that was a good leftist (well, I don’t know Emile’s politics that well) book, and maybe one of the things that helped me get to where I am today.

I suspect she hadn’t read it, though.

  • I had AP euro teacher like this. Honestly the straight up dishonest bullshit she said is crazy to think about to this day. She was a Lib, too, not that it’s particularly surprising at this point of my life.

  • Very much PMC vibes, having been around and even dated these types.

  • Their deep dish actually slaps and always has

  • Honestly the writing often felt a lot better when it was simpler combined with no voice acting. The convolution combined with the voice acting really makes a lot of modern jrpgs just impossible to bear.

  • Very excited for the next book, glad the audiobook is coming out simultaneously.

  • Fly Dorner

  • Lmao I love how the author had to include the transfer of wealth bit. Evangelicals are fucking pathetic

  • I really like his books, honestly just got my friend a copy of The Destiny of Civilization. I guess I should warn him it’s got some trot pov, kinda forgot that about Hudson

  • Super cool, the more they discover these protein based medicine the better. Everything like this can be made with bioreactors using GMO’d yeast, which is not really crazy technology to get your hands on.

  • Had to take a second to remember this is based on another post

  • I just got done with months of visits to a chiropractor, shit is so fake lol. The place I was sent to is literally a patient mill to essentially defraud insurance, as far as I could tell. Except it’s not really “fraud” since this is seen as legitimate medical care. It’s plainly absurd.

Honestly can’t wait to buy an inverter table and get way more benefits than these visits ever did lol

  • Honestly funniest thing is these hacked briskets turn out better than a lot of the brisket I’ve had out at places. Not gonna deny that the best of the best is better, but still generally not worth it.

  • I’ve done some nice briskets by sous vide them in a very large bag (can use sealable turkey brine bags) over 24 hours and then just a few hours on a smoker. It’s not even that hard.

Definitely cannot justify the prices out at these spots, doing stuff at home really isn’t that hard. If anything baked stuff always feels way more worth it in terms of doing it myself VRs buying

  • Guy looks like he’s gonna talk about “semen demons”
