  • I know you've already received a woosh but the explanation is this: the post makes the joke that Kaliningrad is all that Russia is and in that context, Kaliningrad having managed to lose half a million citizens in a war with their neighbour that they don't even border is comical.

    Of course, that is not the reality. Kaliningrad is a small exclave of Russia.
