So, still boomer humor based on manufactured gender division. Cool.

The amount of upvotes this boomer shit has is just fucking embarrassing. Gender has absolutely zero impact on hair. It’s all genetics. I’m male and my hair is long and thin as fuck.

We’re not even criticizing it, just saying it’s not for us. I was born in 85 and used computers in the computer lab at school in the 90s that were too old to even have mice, they were keyboard only. We played educational games on them like Oregon Trail and lots of math games. These graphics remind me of those. I’m just not interested in going back that far.

Just a suggestion.
It’s perfect that this has 111 points and no comments. No one has anything to add, we’re all just like “yup.”
ObtuseDoorFrame@lemmy.zipto Technology@lemmy.world•Spotify to raise prices in SeptemberEnglish1·10 days agoYes! It always does the loading spin animation for like 10 seconds before it shows me my downloaded album. And some albums just never work at all. I have to go online and then offline again just to make it work at all, which defeats the purpose of being offline in the first place.
I just started my free qobuz trial though, and canceled my Spotify account. I mentioned their CEO as the reason I canceled.
ObtuseDoorFrame@lemmy.zipto Technology@lemmy.world•Spotify to raise prices in SeptemberEnglish1·10 days agoThe offline features on Spotify are abysmal. Half my downloaded albums don’t even work. It’s the primary reason I’m looking for an alternative. How can an app with such a high market share be this shitty?
I recently added CPSTD and OCD to my collection. Woo.
What makes this even more obscene is that National Forests and parks make a profit even though they are services and aren’t supposed to. They’re taking the profits that these collect and giving them to billionaires.
You’re both right. Capitalism accelerates climate change but so does the outrageous electricity requirements of LLMs.

Climate Change May Bring It Sooner.16·14 days agoI live in Washington and every single campsite in this state has an illegal fire pit. Even the sites above 3500 feet elevation where fires are always illegal have them.
People are selfish assholes and just don’t care about anyone else. Risking burning down the entire state is worth it to them so they can have their stupid fire in the woods. It’s only a matter of time before it all burns down, and when it does, it will be started by some asshole with an illegal bonfire.

Singapore is a solid source, right? It’s bizarre to me that this isn’t more widely known.

This is why “drip jars” stopped being used in the 20th century. There used to be one in every house until it was understood it causes stomach cancer.

I used it for the first time last year and it was incredibly easy. Now I have to go back to being charged by TurboTax for something that should be automatic and free.
Gotta keep saying it until people stop using his photos for memes.
