I've never run with music. It appears to me, to be a pretty dangerous activity in an urban environment. I've had a few near misses 'naked'. Music while running has never really interested me anyway. I'm old so maybe that's why...
In the UK, so 26 days + 8 days bank holidays. I've been offered the chance of 'buying' an extra 10 days (salary sacrifice, spread over the year), I might go for it.
Old guy here, I'm a regular runner, not a problem, even ½ marathons. However, I can just be walking to work in the most comfortable shoes, and my ankle randomly gives out, I can't even move. 5 minutes later it's back to normal heh.
Seriously, ask AI about anything you have expert knowledge in. It's laughable sometimes... However you need to know, to know it's wrong. At face value, if you have no expertise it sounds entirely plausible, however the details can be shockingly incorrect. Do not trust it implicitly about anything.
You did well. Now just ignore him if you can. I'd certainly never contact him again. My father died when I was 13, I prefer that, than dealing with this.
I'm lucky to be able to save £100 a month, mainly because I sold my car. Wait for it, because of a new train station opening within walking distance. Just having a month's wages put aside feels great, small steps.
