The idea that there was 1 specific list that was found isn't the idea being pushed when people say 'Release the Epstein file.' If you go to the website of said library, usually a city.gov or countystate.gov, you can create an account.
After you create said account, you can download apps(they will tell you but normally Libby or Hoopla, Hoopla hasn't been work for me but might be a me issue.).
Use the ID from the website on the apps and you can check out books to read. You also have access to comics and audiobooks. The Invincible comic is good, you should check it out.
To add to this. You don't need to go to the library. Depending on where you live, you can go online to your local library website. Register with them. They will give you a username and password. Then you can download apps like Libby or Hoopla to check out books/comics/audiobooks from your mobile device.
