me since dec 2024, i usually use Linux for gaming(thank you Valve for Proton) but i may still spin up a Windows VM to flash roms to my Samsung Phone(grimlers fork sucks).apps are also pretty alright on Linux but would love this area see some improvement.i also feel like FOSS works the best on Linux cause duh Linux itself is foss, incl apps.
i never knew that, i always thought chromium under flatpak was using Chromiums sandbox.then its better to install any Chromium/electron apps outside of sandbox/flatpak which is hard on majority of distros.
True, but it feels more barbones ngl.On arch based Chromite isn't a problem, but on Debian or other distros yeah it is a problem.why is it bare bones and it doesnt have the features found in chromite:Ungoogled chromium focuses more on vanilla chromium without Google componentsno built in adblock (useful after google killed manifest v3)No fingerprint blockingno privacy features
Listen at this point, we either re-upload our favorite creator’s content to other platforms. Convince them to join alternatives or help out their replacements on thise alternative platforms to grow.
I am with this, tired of using a yt frontend to watch videos (sometimes real website), and no reuploads nor have alternatives.
