Wrong. Using inotify-wait (inotify-tools), you see that FF has a bunch of read and write access on every page load (mostly in <profile>/storage). This is with the about:config option to use RAM as cache enabled.Every single webbrowser is one giant clusterfuck.
Qualcomm has a pretty fast emulator for the growing pains. With how much, 10% or 20% performance loss? Better buy x86 then.
Isn't that a bubble? Phones are 10x more performant than they need to be anyway. Not like in gaming/server market where it's always too slow, no matter how fast.
Driver blobs often have ludicrous requirements/restrictions and are made for Android. Main difference would be the kernel version i guess.
