  • People used to get in serious Federal trouble when doing stoopid shit on airplanes… Not so much anymore…

  • That’s why we ALL need to vote. No excuses, just do your minimum civic duty and vote, if only to cover the margin of shenanigans that the GOP is counting on to cause trouble.

  • And even more women need to vote, particularly young women. And hey, young men who have an interest in human rights should vote too. In droves.

  • There are vast political differences between elected officials within each of the two main parties. That’s how the nation compensates for the two party system. Change a party from within -it’s absolutely possible and has been done before- instead of pissing and moaning that your little boutique clique “party” isn’t popular.

  • Don’t forget to vote third party to teach the Democrats a lesson about genocide….

Seriously the American Gaza protests are 100% about disenfranchising Democrats. They absolutely never go after Republicans. Ever. Ask them about this and they get suuuuper defensive and angry.

  • Willfully ignorant of what?

  • I see a lot of complaints about boomers but I never see a strategy from younger people about what they themselves are planning/doing to make the world a better place.

When I was in my teens and 20’s I heard the same complaints about how older people left us a ruined world. And then everyone proceeded to do exactly Jack shit about it, myself included.

But at least I voted, every election, every time.

  • Mitch, please…. McConnell is a spineless POS who puts his party before his country. It doesn’t matter what he says about Trump when he spent four years licking Trump’s balls.

  • I don’t know who is driving the Gaza protest rhetoric. It’s a question that should be answered. Because the absolute anti-Democrats narrative while simultaneously getting extraordinarily butthurt if anyone points out the Trump/Republican stance (and the fact it’s Congress that votes the Israeli aid) is indicative of foreign-based propaganda that cares NOT AT ALL about Gaza. It’s about getting Trump re-elected. Either that or the people posting here and across social media calling this war a genocide are just plain stupid or really, really feel self-fulfilled by their own anger.

You wanna complain about an actual genocide, look up what’s happening in Sudan as we speak.

  • Remember to vote third party or not at all to teach us all a lesson…. s/

  • How the f*ck is this race tied!?

  • Lots of people here frame this as a Biden and Harris policy. While the Senate is evenly split between parties, the House is majority Republican. Congress is where this money is allocated. And Trump is rabidly anti-Muslim. But sure, frame aid as Biden and Harris only. Never mind what will happen once Trump wins the election.

  • Not every “red state” has enough blue people in it to flip, but voter turnout is absolutely the issue in most states. You wanna vote third party and feel connected to some little clique, fine. But don’t expect the Democrats, or the country, to ever change for you. Make your vote valuable.

  • You wanna change the Democratic Party? Maybe vote more than once every four years. State and local elections have garbage turnouts and this is where right wingers shore up their power (because they ALWATS vote). You need to vote every election, always. You want left leaning Democrats in office? Their careers start small, at the local and state level. Vote for them there and support them as they gain experience and reputation.

But this griping about the electoral process and lack of choices in a national election is just lazy bullsh*t. Yes, a vote for anyone other than Harris is a vote for Trump at this point.

  • Thanks for the trollaganda…

  • “Undecided” = Trump supporter who’s too much of a wuss to admit it.

  • It’s mind boggling how hateful and utterly stoopid Trump and MAGA are, and yet half the country seems just fine with allowing us to slide full bore into authoritarianism.

If you don’t want this to happen, you need to vote. You need to get your friends to vote. There’s no excuse not to vote, none.
