Yeah, that's why I gave an alternative.I've seen so many defaced bills in my life and never heard of anyone being held accountable. But that doesn't make it any less illegal.
I don't think it's bad. You could probably dye some or get a rainbow highlighter set and make your own.If you don't want to do that, I suppose you could just print this one out and mail them the fake money. 😂
