  • Not adhd but I moved twice a year until high school and never had friends. I used to hate recess and lunch as I was always alone. I used to walk around the perimeter of the playground counting my steps to see what the average steps around playground was per school. I had a notebook with all that info that I found and threw away in my late 30s.
