I am not letting myself get excited for another BF game until I see trusted reviews saying this feels like 2,3 or 4.
It looks like it might be heading the right direction but I got so fucking bamboozled with 2042 that I will never trust them again. I mean I should have known better before then but I was a hopeless dreamer and wanted bad company 2 back.

The evidence you ask for is quite literally impossible to prove with data since that data isn't available to anyone. The best we can do is observe and when observing the users of Lemmy and the content that is allowed on here vs what is not allowed on here it is very clear that Lemmy skews extremely far left. Some communities are so far left they have completely lost sight of the center whatsoever.
I just don't play those types of games much anymore. Now that I'm an old man by gamer terms I prefer racing games or more relaxing coop games with friends. I'm less and less into fps games sadly. Used to be my bread and butter.
This is another issue. The ride of the front of certain vehicles. Namely large trucks. I'm 5'11" and there are many trucks sold now that have headlights at my shoulder level. It's ridiculous.
They need to lower the front hoods of all these vehicles. It's dangerous for pedestrians and just general road safety but it also would help alleviate some of the headlight woes others experience.
You would be correct. I buy replacement lights from reputable brands with quality parts and adjustability lol
My dad bought some replacement lights for his car recently and he was so angry about the way they were pointed he apparently sent them a super angry letter. I then showed him I could adjust the beams down with my hands and he went back inside to send them another email apologizing hahahahah
The brightness is one thing but also the alignment. These people install new headlights or the manufacturers just do not adjust the lights alignment correctly at all.
I installed entire new headlight assemblies in my car upgrading from weak stock crap bulbs to LEDs with running lights, but I FUCKING ADJUSTED THEM afterwards.
If I am ~50 feet from a wall there is a hard line where the top of my lights do not shine. That line is purposely placed so it won't shine until cars in front of me unless I am every far away from them or there is an elevation difference. Sitting behind a car at the lights my lights will cut off generally right below the top of the trunk of most sedan models.
I have never seen a headlight that could not be adjusted up and down with a little screw. Maybe the newest cars need an app or something stupid but I would be willing to bet they can also be adjusted.
I'm not gonna touch the insane ramblings of the Cheeto, but I will remind you that the oceans exist and you can very easily take a boat from Mexico to Canada without ever entering the US if you wanted to.
I think the left is way too anti-american these days and I think the right needs to recognize that we aren't always so star spangled awesome anymore either.
It's disingenuous to pretend that America has done nothing good and are nothing but a bunch of fat racist losers or whatever they say.

Since this is Lemmy I pretty much only ever see people taking huge stinking turds all over America and aggressively so. I'm not normally patriotic in any major way but listening to these people just straight up lie about America constantly starts to get to me at some point.
The fashion industry is one of the most environmentally disastrous industries that serves no real purpose.
At least with things like coal power you can understand why we are destroying the earth and killing people to keep the lights on everywhere (we shouldn't be doing that either but that's a different topic).
With fashion it is JUST waste. Most fashion these days is made to be worn a handful of times before it falls apart. Just needless waste with no real value.
To add to this as someone who has a friend that owns a publicly accessible fountain that needs the coins cleaned out of frequently.
He doesn't care if a kid steals a handful of coins once in awhile. Most parents will tell their kids to put the coins back so that the person's wishes still come true, but he doesn't like when adults try and take coins out for any reason.
The coins are a not insignificant amount of money that helps pay for the cost of running the fountain and having adults fish out all the quarters does make the value of the coins significantly worse when it comes to cleaning time. Granted most people toss pennies to begin with.
Basically don't dig out coins from a fountain unless you have permission from the owner of said fountain.
