  • I suggest trying it out, it’s fun and the plugins and DAWs are like cool toys. I don’t record my guitar work, but make ambient songs and whatever else I want to experiment with like beats and effects. You can get started with free/cheap versions of the software tools. I have published a few songs to streaming services and we’ll see how that goes.
