  • I am writing this with the intent to understand.

    Could it be possible that you are feeling that such comments are demands directed towards you/others, which are posted with the sole aim to appear better by pushing others under?

    I have experienced such a thought and negative emotional reaction, maybe you are going through something similar?

    If so, I share the following in hopes to aid.

    When I get "caught up" in such thoughts and I feel hurt, I add missing nuance from their post/comment myself (internally) until I feel that they could be acting in good faith.

    Otherwise, I ignore them on the basis that they aren't participating in conversation during which I would clearly understand them, which is sufficient (subjective opinion) justification to disengage and proceed.
