  • I write the email draft, then have the call and check if I said everything while talking. The point is, I would have to write stuff down anyways.

    Phone only is dangerous because a lot of info is just in your head and not anyone else's .3 weeks later it's gone.

    I end up sending the draft+ what was discussed additionally.
