  • Aero: I liked the 2010-ish design best even though I was at least 20 at the time. I just found Memphis and y2k a little goofy. Win XP or this fish glass Mac are the worst for me.

    Maybe someone who is too young to have lived in the 90s finds this novel, I don't know.

    Someone has written it here. There was at least some techno optimism left in 2012 or so and maybe that's the time I am nostalgic for.

    Not so much the 90s "because we had no phones" - then turn your phone off.

  • I alway wonder if people browse the main reddit site and not their own feed. Reddit is shit but that's mostly just the look and feel.

  • Ironically I use a chrome type browser for YouTube and mail checking only. This is also the only browser in which I am logged in with my Google account.

    My main Firefox is for everything else including search.

  • T9 was so bad that I don't even understand that they threw these phones on the market.

    I was there for the whole GSM phone era and the most obvious thing would have been to release a blackberry type thing with a slide out keyboard.
