For a number of years now, work has been proceeding in order to bring perfection to the crudely conceived idea of a transmission that would not only supply inverse reactive current for use in unilateral phase detractors, but would also be capable of automatically synchronizing cardinal grammeters. Such an instrument is the turbo encabulator.
Now basically the only new principle involved is that instead of power being generated by the relative motion of conductors and fluxes, it is produced by the modial interaction of magneto-reluctance and capacitive diractance.
The original machine had a base plate of pre-famulated amulite surmounted by a malleable logarithmic casing in such a way that the two spurving bearings were in a direct line with the panametric fan. The latter consisted simply of six hydrocoptic marzlevanes, so fitted to the ambifacient lunar waneshaft that side fumbling was effectively prevented.
The main winding was of the normal lotus-o-delta type placed in panendermic semi-boloid slots of the stator, every seventh conductor being connected by a non-reversible tremie pipe to the differential girdle spring on the “up” end of the grammeters.
The turbo-encabulator has now reached a high level of development, and it’s being successfully used in the operation of novertrunnions. Moreover, whenever a forescent skor motion is required, it may also be employed in conjunction with a drawn reciprocation dingle arm, to reduce sinusoidal repleneration.
LOL. This has been my avatar in several games/forums for years now. I went and found the image when this was reposted to reddit a few years back. The monkey just looks cool!
And in france it was many times in the news about a group of friends who were arrested for using Signal.
Citation needed. Your third- or fourth-hand account is so vague that I wonder if the devil has been lost along with the details.
It piqued my curiosity. The only references I could find were the Telegram CEO being arrested earlier this year (widely reported on) and a group arrested in 2023 for associating with a Kurdish militant faction (YPG). That incident had some misdirected media attention towards the encryption tools used.
My laziness is at my peak of 14yrs. Appreciate you sharing the comic so that it shows up directly. Have a wonderful day! <-- That's my 86yr old manners.
Eh, seems like it's a little fuzzy depending on whom you ask. I'd still call you a Millennial and that jives with the Generation X Wikipedia page:
"Researchers and popular media often use the mid-1960s as its starting birth years and the late 1970s as its ending birth years, with the generation being generally defined as people born from 1965 to 1980."
The quote is from 2015, though the concept is not new. As well as being entertained, I am here to learn, so I would ask if you could expound on your statement? His description seems to describe a fascist as a "weak man". I'm just not familiar with what you are referencing.
Edit: With further reading I do see what you're saying. I have just never looked at it through that lens. Thanks for letting me know!
Ah, I see now. Thank you for the link. They are indeed wonderful, but I love the simplicity of Owen's. All are heaps nicer than ours which now seem boring.
I loved watching Mike Rowe on Dirty Jobs, but lately he looks like a right wing nut job pushing conspiracies, so you are probably correct.
