  • Right, as I understand it, it's a lifestyle choice but it does have a lot of benefits of you like the idea of having a green thumb.

  • I agree, but it is still novel to play for it's flaws. I think 90% sale is a good time to try it out.

  • Cat. Á̷̱͒l̸̰̞̓͊a̸̻̽̄n̸͎͉̔ told me the answer.

  • You're not alone. And there are people in less persecuted demographics who should, can, and are willing to go to bat for the trans community.

Please stay safe and keep exploring you.

  • At this point I wouldn't trust my child in a public school if I could even have one. My time there was horrible and it's only gotten worse for everyone I've known younger than me.

It's like being in a prison, check points and metal detectors, everything you do or say as a student is scrutinized and you learn nothing but how to be a good little nationalist.

I said it over a decade ago and I still believe it now, our schools need to be reformed in their entirety. I learned more from meeting someone in college that valued knowledge than I believed ever mattered in grade school.

And when I started to meet people from abroad I was aghast that university existed, and they likewise that I never attended one.

  • "ANGANGANGANG YOU'LL NEVER TAKE THESE GROCERIES"

  • It sounds like your question needs more context.

  • We don't need cops. In the US they aren't even obligate to protect you. Just 'enforce'

Not to mention their racist, warrior-coded and instigative training that they only need like 6 weeks for to carry a gun and end your life with no repercussions.

I have never in my life been in a situation where a police officer did anything but make the situation worse or threatened to ruin my life.

We need to use more common sense and protect our neighbors and communities. Bad actors need not apply to strong networks of local support.

  • Police: "we don't understand why the public hates us"

    Reality:

  • So is the buddy optional or do you just shit yourself while holding hands with your new bestie on the edge of the ship

  • That's how we got into this mess. Burn it down.

  • This is so fucking stupid.

  • Perverse incentives is a concept I'm going to think about a lot today.

What is the most effective way to counter bad-faith exploitation of a system that is intended to fix a problem?

I feel like this kind of issue is very prevalent today, opportunistic grifting that hurts communities when the original intent is discarded for greed?

  • Terfing ideas with fabricated disinformation. What worries me is I know it works on the media illiterate.

There's is currently an attempt to destabilize the EU to segregate and popularize hate and allow fascist talking points "for your safety"

    Protect your neighbors.

    Edit: disinformation vs misinformation.

  • What in the propaganda is this

  • So glad I got this forever burned into my brain instead of, say, the periodic table or civics. Very useful in my every day life. /s

  • I've been thinking about this stuff since I moved to a place where nights are very dark and people use high beams much more liberally (and inconsiderately)

It's it possible to have some sort of lumen-activated glass tinting? Something to protect the receiving end?

  • You... Found out? ಠ_ಠ

  • Valve lawyers must be on par with Disney or Nintendo because they always seem to pull through.
