  • I drink pretty much only on the weekends and that’s pretty seldom.

    Is one glass of wine really that bad though? Like compared to a glass of grape juice? Because of the sugars and calories and is alcohol in this percentage range (approx 14%) enough to cause damage to your liver over time?

  • Incorrect trauma has lasting effects on people, while you are talking about temporary states caused by endorphins. Some people literally do not make enough of these chemicals, they will not suddenly start upon eating the right foods and getting physical activity.

    It can help for sure.

    Also, some people are genetically predisposed to being sad, anxious or what have you without any trauma.

  • This is just not true, it’s 4 companies driving almost alll climate impacting technologies, human population has been stabilizing across the board and human race is projected to peak at 10 billion.

    We have the resources to accommodate that number. It’s our technology, not the people and it’s fucking corporations.
