Nothing to see here

  • Price transparency is fine, but we need it paired with a universal healthcare system. I should be able to go to any doctor and be seen for the cost of my yearly tax contributions. I shouldn't have to pay taxes, and a premium, and a copay/deductible, and then have further costs on to of that because some anesthesiologist or whatever was out of network. Just lump it in with our tax bill, get rid of private insurance.

  • High gluten flour, 75-80% hydration, yeast, a little salt, a little olive oil. Let it rise, portion it out, and brush with oil and refrigerate until you're ready to put your pizza together. You'll get a feel for it, but the biggest part of making a pizza is learning not to leave it on your pizza peel too long, tearing holes in the dough or leaving moisture between the pizza peel and the bottom of the pizza.
