Working in healthcare, let me tell you that it's not just on your end. There needs to be a national standard for transmitting data. Getting faxes from other facilities and then having them scanned in is a fucking pain in the ass. It does not even attempt OCR. All your diagnostics will be done again. Patients tend to not know how to navigate the release of that information to the new facility half the time. So in those moments where that information is useful, it doesn't get to the providers that need it.
Confederate names in general should be taken off US national monuments. Feel free to use them on garbage cans and sewage pipes if we need to "preserve history".
Insurance costs and status quo bias push up insurance costs too. Shop around when renewal is coming up, I'm going to save $2000+ for home and auto insurance from what my last carrier was going to charge even when confronted with the price tag for similar coverages. They didn't even try to price match or beat. Same with the electric company. Be a better informed consumer. That's a couple paychecks back in my pocket.
This won't sway Trumpsters, it might bring some Nikki Haley voters on board. There are moderate Republicans out there that recognize the threat of fascism and would vote Harris to avoid that threat. She's very level headed and a rule of law person, not super liberal and more middle of the road than social Democrats would want. She's a good pick for undecided voters that care about the country continuing as a democracy. People who don't give a shit about anyone but themselves are going to vote Trump.
I don't see anything wrong with the electric motorcycles, but they shouldn't be on a pedestrian or bicycle path, they should be on the street and you should need a license to drive them just like any other motorized vehicles capable of those speeds.
