  • You are entitled to your opinion, but I was analysing the numbers. Which at this moment are 29 to -1

And I explained that so, you can disagree with me all you want. I don't care because my comment still holds up regardless of what you believe

  • Can't remember how the last couple seasons went but it got strange

  • Agreed

  • Sliders?

  • I just found out recently about the real Paul Stamets. Cool work dude did. Had no idea he was a real person when I started watching Discovery

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Stamets?wprov=sfla1

Also since I've seen many of your posts around here, I've been hoping you are the real Paul Stamets since I learned of him/you

  • "He fails at anything he attempts"

Dude is twice president of the United States.

He very much succeeded at that.

I don't accept your interpretation of praise. We very much are not saying the same thing. I have no praise, or any other type of respect for him. Let me be clear about this. Winning the lottery by rigging the results and getting away with it is not praise.

Saying he succeeded at something is not praise, it is facts. Simple facts.

Why are you ignoring the absolute insanity of rewarding him for his disgusting personality and beliefs by ignoring his much he is winning from the chaos and inhumanity he creates and represents.

"He's actively making the world a hellscape for most people, while doing everything he wants without consequence, but he's the biggest loser of all time so it's cool because we can feel like we are a superior to him. So that's all okay" is how the joke hits for me and is why I commented. It's just not funny man take this more seriously or you, his natural enemy I'm assuming, are going to continue to be bent over and fucked dry and bloody with a smoker on your face because you are going high and he is going low.

  • What do you expect when the president is a convicted felon who hasn't faced any consequences of being convicted as a felon?

  • What praise? He getting away with his crimes. America is a fucking joke

  • Joke falls flat.

Dude became president of the wealthiest most greedy nation on earth. As a greedy fuck he won the best prize possible. And now there is a god damned cult following him, and stacked the supreme Court in his favour to gain him complete immunity.

He is a piece of shit, but that does not sound like losing.

    Losing sounds like the Democrats.

But sure sure he's the biggest loser. 34 felony charges and dude ends up in the White House a second time.

I wish I could lose so hard

  • You cannot tell If there is any sugar or sweetener of any kind in that drink, however statistically likely it has it or not.

Secondly if that is a cold brew coffee which is what it looks like to me, you are absolutely incorrect. Cream isn't milk, and it makes a coffee look exactly like that. Most non dairy creamers also look the same way. Almond milk in my experience is a bit thinner and is more like actual milk than cream or oat milk, but still that cup looks like it is mostly coffee and ice

  • I just watched them make my drink. They used a separate container to mix my iced drink before putting it into the cup. I specifically ask for light ice or most of the cup is full of ice(I do not know how that affects actual volume due to tapering + not filling to brim). I know this because I have a tendency to drink too fast and that's how I noticed when I have a half a cup of ice left over, And why I ask for light ice now.

I do think it's a rip off but not everyone drinks the same way and the cold cups are different volumes as well, possibly to offset the use of ice

  • We are all stardust

  • 3 hours after you posted. You have 0 upvotes and they have 22.

Looks like you are the one who must be fun at parties judging from the numbers

  • You have way more faith in that statement than I think you have any right to considering all that is already happening.

I at least have lost all faith in the American people ability to vote for something rational

  • Context is important. I grew up on 5 acres of pretty wild land so the lawn around the house was anything but fucking stupid.

Gave kids a place to play in view of the big windows in the house, was a very very small part of the overall land. A small maintained area is a very good thing to have access to. But so was the wildness behind it

In more suburban or urban environments is a completely different discussion I will grant you

  • There are prairie grass stains that have very deep roots. Not sure how they act as a replacement for typical lawns but they exist already

  • Also because Colbert previously was cancelled and that was already upsetting to many people. If Colbert wasn't cancelled already We might not have seen enough people care when Kimmel was suspended

  • I didn't say we didn't. Not sure why you think I'm ignoring companies like Amazon. If they operated as freely as Vought does then yes it would look the same, but Vought created supers in The Boys and controlled access to them. Thats where I was pretty clear about establishing my opinion and how the real world is different from the world of The Boys.

  • No. If it's just the getting powers and it's not like a toxin thing that actually corrupts/poisons.

Absolutley there will be those that need to be put down hard, but I don't think it would be as set up in The Boys

Part of why that world works the way it does is Vought. The other is that Homelander is tiers above the other characters and he is a psychopath raised by an evil organization. Given that no one was able to compare to Homelander he couldn't be challenged. His treatment of other supes is a large reason why he is as bad as he is, and why others end up doing so many bad things. They do things because of shareholders profits not for doing of good and they have a monopoly on supers

There would still be chaos, but it wouldn't be like that show, I don't think because there are many people that would actually just want to be helpful

Fame and fortune already makes people nutty, or rewards bad behavior maybe, but I don't think the powers themselves would corrupt people and make them evil.
