Das wird vermute ich (unprofund) vor Gericht nicht bestehen können … in der Zwischenzeit aber viel Schaden bei einer bereits sehr vulnerabelen Bevölkerumgsgruppe verursachen. Und der Umstand, dass (wenn meine Vermutung denn stimmt) das vor Gericht eh nicht wird bestehen können, macht es m. E. noch perfider bloß — weil heilt von vornherein eindeutig sinnlos.
Ich frage mich, wie entmenschlicht Politiker*innen für so etwas eigentlich sein müssen!

Unterm Strich leider dennoch sehr deprimierend! Hätte schlimmer kommen können, ja (und da vielen Dank an alle das zu verhindern sich aufgemacht habende Parteien) aber … deprimiert und unbeendet das Post abschickt.

Hatte echt kurz schauen müssen, ob das ev. von Herrn Restle oder einem der anderen wenigen, mir bekannten, verdienten Journalisten im ÖRR ist. Aber ja: der erste Teil ist leider nur zu typisches Tagesschauniveau.

Das nordrhein-westfälische Polizeigesetz verbietet grundsätzlich den Schusswaffeneinsatz gegen Kinder, „die dem äußeren Eindruck nach noch nicht 14 Jahre alt sind“. Nur wenn die Waffe das „einzige Mittel zur Abwehr einer gegenwärtigen Gefahr für Leib oder Leben“ sind, ist der Gebrauch zulässig.

I'd prefer to avoid bulling others in any case and regardless of the benefits or harms of this or that. Meaning that the missing beginning of the above quoted stance, "Fix your lighting", sounds as bullying to me , as those penetrant insistencies of said dark mode fetishists you seemed to be troubled about (too).
(I use both modes, by the way, depending on my current mood, and — in neither case — do I ever insist, that others have to act likewise.)
