Both the PA, DC, NJ, and VA DMVs have been extremely easy. I haven't had a bad DMV experience in 10 years 🤷♂️
You go to the DMV and provide a bill with your name on it + a government document like SS card. It's pretty easy.
We're far from perfect, please don't get me wrong, but self driving IS already even if not better when compared with most drivers in many situations.
