  • Just wanted to say thanks! Just tried the recipe and it was a hit! One of the kids said he'd pick it over the tube kind.

  • Are the people pushing bug diets in the room right now?

  • Maybe parents should be responsible for setting limits on what their children can access, and the government should only be involved in parenting when it comes to issues of abuse.

Also there's no concise definition of porn addiction, with some studies suggesting it isn't a thing.

  • Precursor to Reddit. Basically the same thing. Then it got monetized and everyone left because Reddit did the same thing but without ads and corporate overlords.

  • TIL. That's nuts to me that opening windows is way more common in Europe but they're just fine with bugs coming and going in their houses.

  • I know this is old but I finally got around to making them.

    Notes:

    • Unless I missed it, it didn't call out an oven temp. I chose 350F. They came out fine but were a little crispy even though I pulled them out at 30 minutes instead of 45.
    • the glaze turned out crazy thin, even when I tried to thicken it up with more sugar. I'm definitely going to play around with this more. Maybe use a cream cheese based icing.
    • the puffed up HUGE, which is fine, but the filling to bread ratio seemed a little off. Next time I might increase the filling a bit and roll the dough out to be thinner.
    • I baked them on a cookie sheet. The middle ones bumped into each other and puffed up, the side ones slumped over a bit. Next time I'll use a dish with high sides.
  • This one is so dumb that it might be my new favorite.

  • Lol same boat. It clicked a couple years ago. My wife thought I should get diagnosed for a while, but why?

I'll still wear my headphones when I need to, ask for space when I need to, and masking up whenever I leave the house (and honestly around my kids. They're young and my son often asks why I'm mad if I'm not purposefully projecting my emotions).

  • The comments jumping in to suck it's dick is pretty concerning. "Not a safety issue but definitely awkward."

    Yeah, ok 🙄

  • Sounds like it was because he was attempted to keep ICE from arresting an immigrant.

  • "Put. The bunny. Back."

  • Same, my group is addicted to 5e. The closest I got was a spelljammer campaign.

  • I stayed job hunting a lot longer, working my part time job to pay rent and taking minimum classes to keep the student loans at bay.

Everyone with a higher demand degree can choose to work ethically. Well, maybe not ethically, but at least not evilly.

  • I just watched the first episode and I'm hooked. It's incredible. They so completely capture how RPGs make you so cool and popular.

  • Those are unhinged! I like the Catholic/Jewish/communism conspiracy ones though.

The worst was "Lisa," where the father sexually abused his daughter, let's his friend rape her as well, gives her herpes, then blames it on a porn addiction and his wife being cold to him. Oh, and Jesus forgives him so there's no need to actually do anything with regards to his daughter.

  • I was hoping to read dodge defend it and talk about how customers who just spend 75k really want to be sold extra shit they don't need.

  • Yeah it smells of astroturf. All the comments read like chatGPT. I think it's best to ignore and move on.

  • So I don't know if this instance is a lot of references I don't get, or if it's only schizo-posting.
