  • A truly memorable story! I remember the tale of Jesus jumping down from the cross, jumpstarting his campaign to overthrow the Roman Empire. The greatest lesson to learn from Jesus is that mercy is a weakness.

(This is based off the "The Inquisitor" universe where Christianity is openly based off of cruelty against one's enemies)

  • I can still see it. Weird.

  • The thing I replied to says, "That would only be true if most people couldn’t think for themselves and it was possible to spend money to influence their opinion".

  • Don't know. What got deleted?

  • Exactly.

  • If you're not greedy, the billionaires won't fund your campaign. Then you lose.

  • I wonder how that works in solid color states. If you vote third party in a solid blue state, does that mean a vote for red? Or is it actually a vote for blue if you ask for a red voter's opinion on the matter?

Going off the theory that your vote is actually for the person a particular voter opposes, does that mean your protest vote is actually determined by the popular vote? For example, if you protest voted the 2024 election, does that mean you actually voted blue because red won the popular vote? Assuming that every color says the protest vote voted for their enemies.

  • Staunch third party voter reporting in. Voting for the big two feels like an obligation given to me by the powerful. Third party is vastly more exciting!

  • I use a decision tree to determine which platform to buy from, by going down this list and selecting the first platform that fits my requirements.

    1. Steam: If the full game is on there, buy. If the game needs an extensive patch to provide all the content, buy from another platform.
    2. itch: If the full game is on there, buy.
    3. GOG: If the full game is on there, buy. If the game needs an extensive patch to provide all the content, buy from another platform.
    4. JAST USA: If the full game is on there, buy.
    5. DLSite: If the full game is on there, buy.
    6. DMM: This platform is annoying to buy from since they dislike foreigners. If the full game is on there, buy.
  • I nominate DLSite and JAST.

  • Harry Potter and Sorcerer's Stone for PC was pretty good.

  • I've requested access. Looks promising.

  • And pass up the chance of doing what no one else is doing? I think not.

  • It is hard to summon the will to vote nationally.

Which is why I vote for third party/independent. The act of doing what no one else is doing has a certain allure, and gets me to the voting booth.

  • I don't really do racing games, but Distance is the best one I've played.

    • You get community maps from the workshop.
    • There are some very cool jumps to do.
    • You can also train your gripfly skills. Basically, it's where you flip your car and use the thrusters to fly. Gripfly is a useful technique, but hard to master.
    • An excellent soundtrack.
  • I know of a major gameplay innovation in the past 5 years, though it's incredibly unpopular to many.

AI2U features NPCs that are run by Azure AI. The goal is to make the ChatGPT NPC do what you want so you can solve the escape room.

This gameplay feature hasn't really caught on, but I've only seen it be used recently.

  • Not officially. At least in Illinois, civil servants can get in deep shit with the Ethics Act if they start advocating for a political party in their capacity as a civil servant.

  • Back in 8th grade, me and my classmates were learning material for the Constitution Test. It would be fun to see what my teacher back in those days would think about this. "Not even the president is above the law", lol.

  • We still lack verification on right-handed neutrinos and the exact wave function for helium.
