  • Another example of how war has ripple effects for generations.

  • I'm pretty sure any sign that you are losing a war is going to create a negative preceptor among citizens. This is beyond fucked up.

    Almost half the freaking budget.

  • Hey now, wait a minute. My mom told me i was special. She didn't say you were special.

  • Yeah, it's bullshit. It was when half of America accepted it that i started to really worry that Trump might win.

  • “If I have to create stories so that the American media actually has to pay attention to the suffering of American people, then that’s what I’m going to do,”

    • Jack Dick Vance, a U.S. Senator representing Ohio.
  • I remember being a teenager, too. But then i became an adult and learned about other people's personal boundaries and realized how much of our "locker room talk" was wildly offensive.

    Sadly, you're right.

  • The filing said that when the co-conspirator was told that a batch of votes appeared to be heavily in favor of Biden, he replied, “find a reason it isn’t,” so as to “give me options to file litigation,” adding, “even if it [is].”

When a colleague suggested to the co-conspirator that this could risk creating a scene reminiscent of the so-called “Brooks Brothers Riot” — an infamous bid to interfere with Florida’s vote-counting effort in the 2000 presidential election — the co-conspirator “responded, ‘Make them riot’ and ‘Do it!!!,’” according to the filing.

The special counsel also wrote that then-Vice President Mike Pence tried to “gradually and gently” convince Trump to accept his election loss, providing numerous examples.

On Nov. 7, 2020, as major news outlets called the race for Biden, Pence “tried to encourage” Trump to accept that the race was over, telling the president, “You took a dying political party and gave it a new lease on life,” according to the filing.

What a new life he gave them too. Pushed it to 11.

  • OK, that makes a lot of sense (pun intended af). Thank you!

  • Alternative facts

  • I'm trying to understand the mentality of someone that would gamble like this. Why wouldn't you just give that money to the campaign? Are you that sure they'll win? In that case, how much could you possibly expect to get back in a sure victory?

  • The team was surprised by some of the ways in which the various cells connect to one another, too. For instance, neurons that were thought to be involved in just one sensory wiring circuit, such as a visual pathway, tended to receive cues from multiple senses, including hearing and touch1. “It’s astounding how interconnected the brain is,” Murthy says.

Could this explain synesthesia better or any other similar condition(?)?

  • Don't worry. My mom and step dad are the same, and they are definitely not idiots. I think I've actually gotten through a bit to them, though. I'm hoping i can actually flip them before November.

  • They may offer their seed. So, women should have the control...oh I get it...

  • Haha, I'm not clicking on either. Sorry, i deleted the post because it was an off the cuff comment that i didn't feel i phrased right.

  • How expensive would it be to make similar spacecraft now?

Assuming it's relatively cheap, what could we learn from sending out thousands today?

  • Vote! Tell your peers to vote.

  • “The reprehensible act was committed by a fellow student-athlete, someone he considered his friend, someone whom he trusted. This student used a box cutter to etch the N-word across his chest,” the family told the Gettysburgian.

In case you missed the accusation.
