  • “I can expect it from the Egyptian security because this is a military-run country, but I wouldn’t expect it from a police force that’s supposed to protect American citizens,” Olga Elsamak said.

It's always shocking to hear that people still believe our police are fair. At the very least, they just turned more people against them.

  • At least put the brown border around it back. It looks so plain.

  • Im currently on vacation this week, and idk if any of them would even qualify.

  • I remember someone talking about a drink company that was on the edge of failure because they couldn't sell their product when priced at $1. They rebranded and charged like 3x more and ended up blowing up. I wanna say it was Celsius?

  • Seeing how easy it seems to do this, im shocked nobody has joined undercover and filmed it all. Then, release it all because we all know how bad it has to be.

  • Good luck with innovation when your engineers' morale is in the shitter. I honestly don't even believe they want to innovate. They probably want to coast off name recognition and what they have for a while and see how long it takes before they start losing ground. The problem with this is it almost always comes back to kick them in the ass. Here is hoping for just that. Besides screw Cisco, I've only worked for companies that hate them and use everything else that gets the job done just as good for a fraction of the cost and way easier to set up.

  • Im good. Thanks for the concern.

  • Or maybe they should also put their blinker on to indicate they are pulling in instead of pulling past it, stopping and backing up. I would also be fine with that, but most don't.

  • But no matter what, it's either easier to pull out or easier to pull in. You don't really save any of that unless you find a spot you can pull through, which does make sense and normally not making the person behind you wait.

  • For me, the one thing I get triggered on is the urge people have to back into a parking space... especially when you're directly behind them. Can anyone explain why people feel the need to do this?

  • They will know right away when the other person doesn't respond immediately to everything.

  • Maybe it's just me, but I felt like the blackberry was incredible for its time because it was the only thing like it. So much has changed since then and almost all of it for the better. As a project, it's pretty cool, and I hope it works out.

  • Nice first look.

  • What about Firefox? Looks like it exists for more than just chrome. I know because I literally used it this week for the first time ever due to being on vacation in a state that wants my photo to view porn... I couldn't believe this shit actually exists now.

  • What's the light at the top?

  • I had some since childhood and as a child trying to explain these to people lead nowhere, and I just thought I had something nobody else had. Then, years later, the internet came, and some random post like this came, and I went holy shit! It was amazing to finally know what it was and that they really aren't a big deal.

  • Here we go again...

  • I got news for you, I purchased a used Hyundai 2019 that has turbo, and the one thing wrong with it was the turbo. My father's a mechanic, so he said he would put it in, but I believe the cost for the part was around $500. Idk what a dealer would charge. He then told me that turbos, on average, only last about 100k anyway, so it's definitely a part that will most likely need replacing more than most sadly. Then, a month later, the entire car died, and the engine was bad... this was earlier this year, and my father again said he would do it, but a new engine takes time, which he doesn't have, so now I've been car less for 4 months, yay!

This new car had 93k on it. My last car (Nissan Sentra) lasted 19 years and 250k on it and only traded it in because we were nervous it could go at any time. Thanks for the great car, Hyundai!

  • Speaking of, where are the Epstien files!
