  • The US has several proposals for this on cars. You say opt in only. How about this: when you exceed the speed limit the car automatically notifies the government so they can fine you. You can opt-in to have the car automatically control you top speed so you don't get fined.

  • Get on the board and make everyone do it.

  • You could add end-of-life solar panels and an automatic transfer switch and save a lot more.

  • High pressure refrigerants are making the temperature differential higher, so the need for resistive heating is going down.

  • I was torn up because I had to fire a switchboard operator who just couldn't make it in on time. It's one of those jobs where you have to be there when the business says it's open. She got some warnings and then within a week she was late again. I had to fire her. During the termination meeting she said "This is harder for you than it is for me."

  • They have a huge gross vehicle weight for their size and a low bed.

  • Don't move fast enough to dodge the dragon? Get hit by a bus. Adds realism.

  • Seems like a burst disk in the bulkheads would be a better solution than counting on a door to pop open.
