There will probably be a new constitution written with a weaker Presidency, or the office of president eliminated with executive power vested in the prime minister. The office of president of the fifth republic was essentially designed for Charles De Gaulle, and thus has a lot of power, but the current political crisis is caused by Macron's inability to work with the current parliament and his refusal to leave office, creating a situation where forming a government is impossible. A sixth republic theoretically wouldn't give the president the power to create a crisis in this way.
