  • Thor from Pirate Software has a great video breaking down how Steam works and the lawsuit that claims they are ripping off consumers. It's very educational.

Of course, there is no requirement to use Steam. Game makes can publish their game themselves without a platform at all, which very few do. If you say they actually need a platform, there is the value they are getting for that 30%. If they weren't getting anything of value, then they could do it themselves and benefit instead, which most do not.

  • Oh, AI Tree Ents? That's the future we're going for? I mean, I'm in, but I didn't realize that was even on the table!

  • Could be plugged in on the back side. That was popular for a while.

  • I miss the rains down in Africa.

Such a beautiful idea; after a long, parched stretch of time where you aren't sure if your water supply will last you long enough to survive, the sky opens up and the rains finally fall. Your saved!

What the heck does blessing the rains do? Extra damage against the undead?

  • Time to dig a fucking HUGE hole!

  • Granted, you are now a genie with access to the wish granting API private key. Make all the copies you like.

  • Altered Beast

    "Rise from your graves."

  • Not really, were used to good things getting banned.

  • They are external ports for water cooling. They allow you to run the pipes to an exterior location, and I have never seen anyone use them ever. I would leave the rubber grommet as it generally looks nicer than the hole.

  • I love hearing about a new tool like this.

  • And it needs to be heavy enough to reach those that are that far down.

  • "We've gone ahead and synced all your files to the cloud! Create an account to access them once again.

    Enter your email: ______

[ Click here to delay the inevitable ]"

  • Well, damn, I've never seen that put so clearly before. I literally have been trying to schedule myself like a manager using half-day increments like a maker.

  • I agree with the first part. It was supposed to be a check and balance to government power and oppression. It gives people the power to fight back against injustice.

However, in the time of intercontinental missiles, planes, tanks, and remote operated drones, are a bunch of peasants with guns actually going to do anything if the government turned on its people? Does the "right to bear arms" not extend to other, non-gun weapons?
