I am having a tidy up of Communities/etc so quite a few will go. There'll be some warning, but it will be done before August.

    But the Santa/Coke thing DEFINITELY has to be an America thing, because I never make that connection. It doesn't even occur to me.

    Even the big, red, jolly, fat Santa doesn't make me think of coke (the fizzy drink or the illicit substance).

    I guess the connection never made it over the Atlantic?

    but I think the actual phrase is "No look - it's the 31st" (I looked it up, although the Spanish dub might have a slightly different wording?).

  • The milkshakes thing is in relation to UK politics - I live in the UK.

    There was a spate of people throwing milkshakes at right-wing and far-right politicians. And some on the right (and the far-right) lost their rag over it and said "If they throw milkshakes they could throw acid". Which, as I said, is bullshit nonsense.
