No, not unworthy at all. But there's also a wide divide between asking questions and actually seeking to understand. It's been my experience that many people have developed a questioning mechanism to mask/cover their embarrassment or willful ignorance, and those people don't care at all to learn the root lesson, they simply want to "win" whatever they perceive as an argument. Winning the conflict is more important than learning the new information. And socially, that process becomes exceedingly tedious.
As the quote goes, "I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you."
Just commenting re: the manufactured shortage of labor. I don't disagree that nearly all agricultural industries will be affected, but this result seems like the outcome of short-sighted voters, more than anything else.
