Like you, I am a living person with memories, emotions, and interests. But from your perspective, I'm just another picture on a screen. Isn't that concerning?

  • I've almost never imagined myself as myself. Usually as a character from whatever I'm hyperfixated on at the moment. Ex if I picture a scenario in my head I see myself as Alucard the vampire or something.

  • me and a friend were talking recently about how we function better at night and summer takes that away. so, a few days ago I covered my window with a blanket which blacked out the window, and use only my lava lamp for light. it has been the most productive, multitasking filled era for me so far.

  • I was exclusively laptops until 2018, then started preferring custom built desktops. But ever since 2021 I've been very much a traveller so after spending 1500 to build a desktop and then having to get rid of it 3 months later to move, I bought a gaming laptop again and still have it 2 years later. Probably just gonna stick to ultrabooks / gaming laptops forever.

  • same here. everyone in my family before me was missing teeth by like 30. I have floss and I brush multiple times per day, only drink sugar free things like water and tea.

  • Just don't tell them lol. My friend in school gave me his steam account that had some games on it that I had no money for and he wasn't using it anymore. Still my main steam account 8 years later.

  • I've mentioned it a few times, but I don't like coming off as some sort of salesman lol. But waterfox is my go to. They, imo, seem to feel like the last browser left making logical choices out of box.

  • I was screen sharing to someone when this happened and they asked why I don't use Google when other search engines are this unreliable. Despite me explaining it wasn't the usual, It was still pretty embarrassing lol. Wonder if DDG has the resources for an independent index.

  • I started getting into music in 2017, couldn't make a song for shit until 2023 I finally got to a decent spot. Though even then I have a lot of failed attempts still but I think that's normal.
