Echt immer schön zu sehen wie sich die meisten Gerichte für Datenschutz und Grundrechte einsetzen. Dann hat die Regierung es nicht so einfach dagegen vorzugehen.
Der Professor und Youtuber William Spaniel hat dazu eine interessante Perspektive geäußert. Er sagt, die öffentliche Wahrnehmung, dass 'Putin Trump an der Nase herumführt', sei falsch. In Wirklichkeit sei es so, dass Trump uns an der Nase herumführt. Die Begründung dafür ist, dass Trump Maßnahmen zur tatsächlichen Beendigung des Krieges ergreifen könnte, dies aber nicht will, weil es kostspielig wäre. Stattdessen gibt er vor, sein Versprechen, den Krieg zu beenden, durch viel leeres Gerede zu erfüllen. Und Putin macht offensichtlich mit, weil er so seinen Krieg fortsetzen kann.
I am not advocating for it, but the EU at least tries to make it as anonymous as possible. They want to allow different trusted parties like banks or government agencies to give out certificates that can then be used to verify your age. So at least the end platforms don't get any private information
I do know that there are two votes. But in the last election reform the direct vote has drastically lost importance. It is no longer guaranteed that every person who won the direct vote will go to parliament. The distribution of seats will only be decided by the party votes. The only exception remains that parties with three direct candidate wins will be able to go to parliament without winning at least five percent of the party votes.
I don't know if that is completely true but I think in countries without the first pass the post system this is not even a problem. For example in Germany every voter has one vote and they are all added together in the end. The districts are only for managing the vote counting but have almost no influence on the end result.
