    Both parties together have a majority and coaltion talks have already been done. If every single party member votes yes, this should be no problem. In theory.

    This result shows how massively unpopular Merz really is, going down in history as a failure BEFORE he even got a chance to fuck up at his actual job.

    He will probably be voted in during the second (or even third) round, but this may sow discontent and suspicion in the parties. The vote was anonymous, so you cant easily figure out who broke the line, potentially leading to poisoning the coalition.

    Either way, we now have Friedrich "Zweite Wahl" Merz

  • Ich hab neulich mal in einem Bericht gelesen, dass wenn Polizisten Gegenanzeige erstatten das von Gerichten auf interne Anweisung IMMER angenommen und verarbeitet wird. Finde die Quelle leider nicht mehr, habe hier auch in der Community als Artikel verlinkt gesehen.

    Deswegen wird wohl Demonstranten die von der Polizei mishandelt wurden oft geraten keine Anzeige einzureichen, weil das dann vielleicht als Bagatelle gesehen und fallen gelassen wird, aber das Echo von den Bullen definitiv kommt und zwar knallhart.

    Der ganze Verein müsste dringend durchleuchtet und entseucht werden, aber das wird mit der CDU niemals passieren. Ich weiß schon warum ganze Communities kategorisch diese Deppen ablehnen.

    Kein Freund, kein Helfer...

  • Klingt am Anfang vieleicht nach einem komischen Thema, bis man in den Bus steigt und es wirklich schlimm sein kann.

    Aktuell fahre ich deswegen wieder mit Maske herum im ÖPNV, einerseits wegen Keimen, andererseits genau deswegen. Ein empfindlicher Geruchssinn ist manchmal wirklich kein Segen...

    Due to the American Healthcare System barely doing anything to cap prices for medication, it is VERY profitable selling that stuff there.

    Tarifs would massively reduce profit for pharma companies, so they consider leaving other places for the one market where then can do the most exploitation, which is America. Moving the production there is just a way to dodge tarifs.

    It will probably backfire with the whole political and societal instability looming, but companies are blind on that eye.

  • My local queer events are full of NDs since there is a large overlapp, same with pen-and-paper groups, progressive and IT meetups.

    Sound a bit like a stereotype, but from personal experience all these places are full of the NDs or people who are generally very nice.

    I know personal meetups are not always possible or easy to do, its just the option I had the most success with while having fun in general.

    Vor allem der Realitätsverlust oder die Leugnung der Realität hat für mich de facto ein pathologisches Ausmaß, genauso wie die komplett selbstzerstörerischen Tendenzen.

    Sorry aber wir können uns keinen soften Umgang mit Leuten die absichtlich das Ende unserer Spezies und dieses Planeten herbeiführen mehr leisten, dafür reicht dir Zeit nicht mehr.

  • Ich hab sowas ähnliches schonmal kommentiert neulich, aber ich wiederhole mich gern:

    Das Leben wird nicht besser mit mehr Arbeit und wir haben schon seit Jahren wissenschaftliche Daten das Homeoffice, 4 Tage Woche, bedingungsloses Grundeinkommen und ähnliche Sozialmaßnahmen bezahlbar und wirtschaftlich rentabel sind.

    Es ist belastend dabei zuzusehen wie konservative Ideologie mal wieder alles zersetzen will was wir uns hart erkämpft haben aus Gründen, die ich nur noch als Geisteskrankheit beschreiben kann.

  • Ich verstehe nicht wie eine Partei immer wieder versagen kann die Realität einfach mal anzuerkennen...

    Die AfD wird sich so oder so als Opfer hinstellen, weil sie keine Argumente haben. Und das hier wird nichts daran ändern.

    Was es ändert ist dass die blauen Versager sich die Hände reiben ein bisschen mehr Legitimation durch die schwarzen Steigbügelhalter zu bekommen. Und natürlich die Chance auf Einfluss in der Politik.

    Ich gehe inzwischen davon aus das es sich nur noch um bewusste Böswilligkeit handelt und die Union auf eine schwarz-blaue Koalition hinarbeitet, alles andere halte ich für Fahrlässig.

  • I really like the last point, because it reminds us of an important point:

    The ENTIRE republican party is compromised and at fault for what is happening, no matter the level of administration. They either embrace it or quietly fall in line, both supporting the regime. And they will do again once the next dictator is pushed to the forefront, so dont trust them.

    They have prooven time and again that there are no good republicans and once this blows over, they need to be excised from every level of society. Otherwise they slink back into the sewers and hatch their return, quietly undermining our democartic and societal values.

  • I hate to bring up this point, but depending on the location / country you live in transition might be a risky plan. Mostly because the there government hates the idea of us existing.

    Currently I would give a stark warning for anyone in the US, followed by most parts of the middle east, china and russia. Cant speak for the rest of asia / oceania. Europe should be safe, most dangers here come less from the government directly but usually single parties. Make sure to check legislation in your area.

    Also your community might not always approof of the idea, especially very conservative or religious fundamental ones.

    Whatever you do, stay safe and informed. Good luck on your journey!
