  • ChromeOS though is a category on its own. Just because there is a Linux kernel in it, doesn't make it a Linux desktop.

  • Mastodon isn't like a huge Discord Server. It is EVERY Discord Server. You can read everything from everything while using anything you want. ActivityPub is THE greatest thing since the Internet and enables great interoperating services like Mastodon, Kbin, Lemmy, PeerTube, Pixelfed, Friendica and a tons more.

    And I'm here because I want to stick it up the Man, and also because I like interop and free software.
