China is a cocktail of socialism, capitalism, nationalism... claiming it's only one ~ism is probably oversimplifying, but communism is probably a bit far stretch.
I believe that’s what most Trump voters are thinking about. They’re willing to make some economic sacrifices to get the country to change in a way they agree with. And the fact that their liberal neighbors will also suffer economically, and more than them psychologically makes this sacrifice more palatable.
