  • You lost me at Ukraine. Ukraine was a domestic revolution against a Russian puppet government that acted in defiance and betrayal of the Ukrainian people. The Ukrainians didnt need any help getting pissed off and rioting in the streets when their president stabbed the entire nation in the back.

    that when the shit hit the fan and the Yanukovitch government was about to fall, every regional and global power on earth was scrambling to try to get a favorable outcome while the streets of Kyiv were being fought between a mob of protestors and those protecting the Puppet state government.

    those "phonecalls" that Russian propagandists love to talk about, weren't quite the Gotcha that they think they were, because dozens of countries were having those same phone calls, it doesnt happen often, but anytime a state government falls, thats actually normal for those calls to go on. Its outside actors trying to put the peices back together in a way that benefits them and their interests. (if you think Western countries having those calls on Ukraine's future was bad, boy do I have a horse to sell you on what was happening in Russia, Short version, it resulted in a full scale war.)

    People talk about what caused the Euromaidan and who was responsible for it all the time, but critical and central issue they never seem to bring up when they argue about "Big bad Russia, evil CIA coup, etc" is the Ukrainian people. The population of the country where it happened is treated as if it wasn't a factor with agency at all, that they only revolted because some guys at the US embassy gave them some signs and told em to. that line of reasoning frankly needs to be told to fuck off.

  • to take any of these threats seriously for a minute. absolutely none of the places the Tr team says America wants to take, would be for any purpose other than resource stripping. They dont want to govern any of these places, "taking" these places would mean military occupation, which I will remind you, the Americans have no stomach for. I'll come back to that in a minute.

    But Panama, Greenland, Mexico, and Canada, none of these places under American control would be anything other than resource extraction zones. the populations would be herded into police state control zones run by Quisling governments, no one would have american rights, no voting. no guns. none of the benefits that MAGA and their traitor politicans promised them. It'd essentially be the Nestle situation. Corporations pilfering the country at literal gunpoint.

    and on the topic of Canada, and that Occupation I said I'd come back to. Americans have no stomach for occupation, they were in Afghanistan for 20 years and that turned the population hostile against the establishment. that was on the other side of the world, against an opponent who was culturally black and white different from them.

    If you want an idea of how an American occupation of Canada would go, look no further than 2022's Russian invasion of Ukraine. Every day since that conflict began, Places in Russia have been catching fire and exploding, people are getting assassinated, the country is under attack from all sides from within, Why? because their enemy, the Ukrainians can blend in with the russian population effortlessly.

    Trying to violentley and forcefully take away a country's sovereignty, who is on your border, who are visually, linguistically, and culturally so similar to you that you couldn't tell one from the other, is frankly a suicidal move. it didnt work for the big bad boisterous Russians, it wont work for America. It'll just be "terrorism" every day of the week until the blue states have had enough of it, and decide that the "rebels" are right, and now it's Civil war 2.0

    Under these rules, No one is allowed to pose a threat. even their own allies. that's why the Fascist factions of America are currentley focused on taking Europe and Canada apart, they want subservient puppet states, not Powerful partners and allies.     So that being said, Europe basically has two futures, Federalize and Militarize, preparing to treat both America and Russia as Advesaries if need be, or do nothing, and get picked apart by the Fascists, Mafia goons, and megalomaniac tech bros who are trying to infiltrate every level of government by poisoning the elections with filth. Russia is still the enemy of the free world, But part of America is rearing to join them.

    Canada on the other hand, Is looking more and more every day like a future of conflict with an Imperialist America is going to be a reality. Its not a fight we can win, but we will fight regardless. Everybody dies eventually. I'd rather die fighting american fascists and traitor "canadians" than live on my knees. If was was going to die in a conflict, I would have preferred it be against russian fascists rather than my own friends and neighbors of both my own country and the americans. but its all the same. you fight fascists because you must. If they are truly stupid enough to keep pushing this to the end result, they'll live to severely regret it.
