Tbh, as much as the article is correct, and it should be doing more. It's a start. Hopefully by educating people about financial literacy, even if just for themselves, they'll have a better understanding of the government and how inept they can be
Sorry doesn't really answer the question, but is it feasible to buy a large computer monitor and use that rather than a TV if you're going to use a set top box or old PC anyway?

After looking at the stats, it seems Maori are rather fairly represented in terms of their population (25% in parliament vs 17% of general population), however the quality of life for Maori is still below that of other ethnicities in terms of health and life expectancy.
The current government is rather corrupt (seen through my viewpoint as a kiwi, not USA levels) and hasn't done the Maori population any favours.
I'm not sure if it's a Lemmy feature or voyager feature. But under the settings, there's a migrate subreddits. It pulls across the subreddits you are subscribed to and matches them to ones on Lemmy.
