  • i'm legit worried there's going to be an attempt to invade or bomb Cuba in addition to Venezuela. the U.S. is going to try to replicate The Entity's drunken bar fight with every neighboring nation in an attempt to wipe out the last left wing governments of the hemisphere.

    (obviously i am worried for all these nations not just Cuba i just feel like once they go for it they are going to go for ALL of it. unlikely to be successful inshallah)

  • i seriously think it's mostly because of Silicon Valley making the hard right turn and being "adopted" into the greater Conservative Ecosystem

    it's taken some effort but somehow they have fused "traditional values" with this all gas no brakes everything AI and tech ideology. i mean just look at Thiel fusing his version of Christianity with transhumanism

    it's obviously all for self serving reasons; they want money and the right has all the money now. and since most right wingers are basically unthinking automatons they just go with the flow and the flow says AI is good. boss says it's good so it must be.

    plus they hate artists because artists are woke and gay or whatever. but at the top, it's obviously a hatred of workers and humanity in general, which has just filtered down. the average right wing prole doesn't like to think about that part and just ignores it or assumes because they use AI they will not be ground into bio-diesel to fuel some Yarvinist data center.

  • yes that would be really interesting to see! although very validating for me to be pretty in sync with the women graph (i assume both include trans people too just no enbys? at least that's what i gathered reading the article).

    based on my last (and final) PC test i guess i would be solidly femme dom lol. while my kinks overall are just "most of the stuff on the left women graph including not being into the ones considered most taboo".

    really seems "augment a human beyond their capabilities" is just "replace functions with poorer functions and then lose the functions you replaced".

    if we had world socialism this kind of tech would be first and foremost to help neurodiverse or disabled people be more independent and that's it. everything else would be secondary
