    For example, the city's library is totally off limits because there's no way to get there because there's no place to park.

    Even so, I'd still like to convert the on-street parking into bike lanes and mandate adequate off-street parking as a prerequisite for new building permits.

  • I've tried with both kinds of vinegar, and both are good with different dishes.

    Personally, I liked the apple cider vinegar version on salads, and the white vinegar base paired well with heavier foods like tacos or fried potatoes.

    Maybe start with 2 smaller batches, one of each, and combine them later if the mix is what works best for you?

    I find pickled red onions are good on their own - like, the onion itself makes a good condiment. However, if you roast some yellow onions & garlic in a light vegetable oil until they start to caramelize, and throw a spoonful of it in the jar with the peppers, it will infuse the vinegar with a nice flavor.

    Boil some vinegar in a pot on the stove, mix in a bit of salt, and pour over the peppers.

    Let it cool down & then throw the jar full of vinegar and peppers into your refrigerator for 2 weeks.

    Done.

    Use the salty, hot pepper infused vinegar like you would any other hot sauce.

  • Weakness to Magic stacks exponentially with itself when it comes from 2 different spells.

    For example, lets say you have 2 spells with Weakness to Magic 100% for 6 seconds: Spell 1, and Spell 2.

    Spell 1: target becomes 100% weak to magicSpell 2: target becomes 2 * 100% = 200% weak to magicrecast Spell 1: target becomes 2 * 200% = 400% weak to magicrecast Spell 2: target becomes 2 * 400% = 800% weak to magic

    And so on. After a few stacks of that debuff, and you can 1-hit-kill any foe with a spell that deals damage.

    Weakness to Magic also works on the player character and it will amplify the effect of buffs. Stacking it before casting your buff spells lets you walk around with millions of health, stamina, and mana for short periods of time.
