    Yes, parents get paid time off, and buses here come about every 20 minutes on average. Metro & trams being much more frequent with often under 10 minutes. Either way, it's your own responsibility to be on time.

  • They don't have to, they choose to. There's still people like Etho who don't even ask for people to sub and post incredibly infrequently and still successfully maintain their views and audience simply through quality content. It's more a matter of whether you do YT for yourself, or for the money. And nowadays the majority of people do it for the money. That's why the content has become so piss poor over the years too. It's all just commercialized garbage.

  • It's completely inaccurate though. It can show massive amounts of faux dislikes that don't actually exist. This has been confirmed with youtubers, who still see the dislike ratio on their backend.

  • Sorry, but if you're expected at 10 you should arrive at 10. Doesn't matter if it is work, a meet-up with friends or family, a date, or whatever. People schedule things around you, they'll expect you at 10, not 10 minutes later. So if you come late, it means you're not respecting other people's time, which means you don't respect other people.

  • Given the text on the display and the big skyscrapers in the background... High rises like this are relatively rare in Germany and the Frankfurt skyline is pretty well known for that reason. Shame we still don't use anti glare glass though. Not quite as bad on trams but on trains I always battled with my anxiety on whether I can identify my train in time when it rushes into the station, and whether I may end up somewhere in Timbuktu by accident.

  • I use the same widget to also minimize the windows on my current desktop. Unfortunately the Wallpaper Engine plugin does not recognize them as such to unpause the wallpaper.
