Not sure whether this fits here but I think first about this one Discord bot you can use to receive someone’s vent and then helping them out with the problems they vent about.

Should take only minutes to help one soul (you can help as much as you’d like with it though).

Probably 95+% of the time I play is Single player.

I also dislike competitive gameplay, so with that most of the PvP goes into drain for me 😃

WhatsApp lets you silence a conversation for a few different time windows.

I also think you can set Do not disturb to allow (specific) calls through.
